Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your 14-day trial starts the moment you connect your software — no card required. You only enter billing details at the end of your trial.
How does Nudgr know my member count?
When you connect your gym software API, Nudgr reads your active member count directly. If you use CSV import, we count the rows in your upload. The tier is selected for you automatically.
What happens if I grow into a higher tier?
We re-check member counts monthly. If you cross a tier threshold, you'll get an email notification 7 days before any billing change takes effect.
Can I add multiple locations?
Yes. Each additional club is $100 USD/month on top of your base plan. Each location gets its own software connection and its own retention dashboard.
What currencies do you bill in?
All prices are in USD. Stripe handles currency conversion if your card is in a different currency.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period — no prorated refunds, no lock-in.
